C A K K O I provides shelter, supportive services and a long term solution to YOUTH, HOMELESSNESS & STREET CHILDREN. We believe all young people deserve safe, affordable housing, great support and access to the resources to reach their potential because they are the future, inspired the people in the Community to joined talent competition, discovery of their talent is good thing to share and recognized them through Arts, culture and heritage because every Country, Race have differences.

Is the Founder and President of CANADIAN ASIAN KAPIT - Kama ORGANIZATION INC. ( C A K K O I)
Her version of "C A K K O I" is a NON - PROFIT, CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION where everyone has real and fair chance to succeed, her experience as a Teacher, Mother, Overseas Filipino Worker, Founder, Organizer, advocate for less fortunate, Aged, have shaped her dedication to Canadian and Asian under poverty.
She was adopted by a Filipino who migraed in America, a military honored soldier from first World War and Second World War survivor a Veteran per see, residing at San Diego, California, She grew up with the profund influence of he Father, Daniel Dalubar and her Mother Aurora Villacastin Mabug-at Dalubar, Teacher.
She graduated Police Foundation 2006 at TRIOS College from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. At LYCEVM of the PHILIPPINES, Instramorous, Traft Ave. Manila Philippines, with Bachelors of Arts in Political Science 1979, she went on to take education program and spent several years of Teaching at Philippine Air Force College of Aeronautics "PAFCA" at villamor Air Base, Pasay City Philippines, she has a medical background of Bachelor Science in Nursing and training at Riverside Hospital, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental Philippines.
She entered joining the Philippine Movement for the Urban Poor, 1986 to make change that would better serve all Filipinos under Poverty Line, she built a grass root Campaign to win as a Secretary General of Philippine Movement of the Urban Poor Nomination in the Philippines.
She lead the Team focused and fighting that every Family in the Philippines have a priveledge to have a 25 square meters to built a shelter in her Native Land, creating good middle class job, making life affordable, keeping Philippines Communities Safe, and moving forward on Fair Life, because Life in the Philippines is not fair, if you are poor, you will be poorer, if you are rich you will be more richer W H Y? Someone need to stand strong, with VOICE for the Native Land, Philipines or Maharlika.
